Commercial Electronic Messages Consent

This is a translation. If it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.

This permission is optional. Without it you can still buy tickets and book tables; no service depends on it.

What you agree to

If you tick the box, you allow Petro (the seller’s details are shown at the top of this page) to send you the following messages:

• Channels: SMS and e-mail.
• Content: Petro’s event programme, new DJ nights, ticket and table booking announcements, campaigns and special nights.
• Data used: your full name, mobile phone number and e-mail address.

The messages never contain promotion, prices or brands of alcoholic drinks, or drink-related campaigns.

Message Management System (İYS)

Under Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, your permission is registered in the Message Management System (İYS) within three business days. You can also view and withdraw it through İYS.

Withdrawing your permission

You can withdraw your permission at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:

• using the opt-out link or opt-out number in every message,
• through İYS (iys.org.tr or e-Devlet),
• by writing to the seller’s e-mail address or calling the seller’s phone.

Your withdrawal takes effect within three business days at the latest. It does not affect messages sent before then. You will still receive messages required for your tickets and bookings (ticket, payment result, postponement or cancellation of the event).

Retention

Records of your permission and its withdrawal are kept for 3 years after the permission ends. Details on how your data is processed are in the Privacy Notice.

“I would like to receive Petro’s event and campaign news by SMS and e-mail. I know I can withdraw this permission at any time.”
