This form is shown to you before you confirm your order, as required by the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The information in this form is an integral part of the distance sales contract.

1. Seller

The seller’s details (trade name, MERSİS or tax number, address, phone, e-mail, KEP) are shown at the top of this page. You can also use these contact details for complaints and requests.

2. Main characteristics of the service

Petro sells only two services on this website:

  • Entry ticket: one entry per person for the night you choose. Each ticket has its own QR code, and each QR code can be used once.
  • Table booking: a specific table reserved for the night you choose. The table deposit you pay is deducted from your bill on that night. The order summary shows how many people the table seats and whether entry is included.

No drinks or other products are sold on this website.

An event belongs to one calendar day; after midnight it still counts as that day’s event. Door opening time, the stages of the programme and the DJs are shown on the event page and on your ticket.

3. Total price and payment

  • The total price you pay is the amount shown in the order summary just before you confirm your order. It includes all taxes (VAT).
  • Tickets and bookings are delivered digitally; there is no delivery charge. The seller adds no fee to the amount in the order summary.
  • Payment is made on the secure page of a licensed payment institution, by credit or debit card, with 3-D Secure verification, in a single payment. Instalments are not available.
  • Your order is held for you for 15 minutes to complete payment. If no payment is made in that time, the booking lapses and the tickets or table go back on sale.
  • Apart from the usual cost of your internet connection, there is no extra cost for using the means of distance communication.

4. Performance: tickets and entry

  • Once payment is approved, your tickets (QR codes) are shown on the result page and under “My tickets” in your account.
  • The service is provided on the date on your ticket at Petro’s address.
  • No one under 18 may enter Petro. At the door every guest shows a valid official photo ID. Anyone who does not show ID or is under 18 is not admitted.
  • The door policy (ID, capacity, safety, dress code) is set out on the “Door Policy” page and forms part of this contract.

5. Table deposit

The table deposit is an advance payment towards what you spend that night and is deducted from your bill. If you do not come on the booked night, or if you cancel the booking yourself, the deposit is not refunded. Details are in the “Cancellation and Refund Policy”.

6. No right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities (entertainment or recreation) that must be provided on a specific date. You therefore have no right of withdrawal for entry tickets or table bookings. Changing your mind after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Cancellation, postponement and refunds

  • If Petro cancels the event or the event cannot take place, you are notified within 3 days at the latest and the full amount you paid is refunded to the card you used within 14 days of the notice at the latest.
  • If the event is postponed, you can move your ticket or booking to the new date or ask for a full refund.
  • If you do not come, arrive late or are refused entry for not following the door policy, no refund is made.

Details are in the “Cancellation and Refund Policy”.

8. How the contract is concluded, and records

  • Order steps: choose the night, choose tickets or a table, your account details, accept this form and the distance sales contract, payment and 3-D Secure verification.
  • Before the payment step you can go back at every step and correct your choices and details.
  • Pressing the “Confirm with obligation to pay” button means you take on the obligation to pay.
  • The seller keeps the contract text. The version you accepted is published on this website and will be sent to you by e-mail on request. You can print or save this page.
  • Your personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Notice.

9. Complaints and disputes

You can send complaints using the seller’s contact details. For disputes below the monetary limit set each year by the Ministry of Trade (186,000 TL for 2026), you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where you live or where the transaction took place; for disputes above that limit, you can apply to the consumer court after first applying to a mediator, as required by law.

1. Parties

Seller: the seller that operates Petro. The seller’s details are shown at the top of this page.

Buyer: the person who places an order with their account on the Petro website. The buyer’s name, e-mail and phone number are those registered in their account at the time of the order.

2. Subject

This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and performance of the entry ticket or table booking the buyer purchases on the Petro website for the event night shown in the order summary. The Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. The Pre-Information Form, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Door Policy are integral parts of this contract.

No drinks or other products are sold under this contract.

3. Service, price and payment

  • The type of service (entry ticket or table booking), event date, number of tickets or the table, and the total price are shown in the order summary. The amount shown includes all taxes (VAT).
  • Payment is made through a licensed payment institution, by credit or debit card, with 3-D Secure verification, in a single payment.
  • The contract is concluded when the payment institution approves the payment. If payment is not approved or the 15-minute payment window expires, no contract is concluded and the reserved tickets or table go back on sale.
  • The seller issues an invoice as required by law and sends it to the buyer electronically.

4. Performance

  • Once payment is approved, the seller confirms receipt of the order electronically; the tickets (QR codes) are shown on the result page and in the buyer’s account.
  • An entry ticket gives one person one entry to Petro on the event night. Each QR code can be scanned once; the first scan counts. The buyer is responsible for sharing the QR codes with their guests and keeping them safe.
  • For a table booking, the seller reserves the table named in the order for the buyer that night. The table deposit is deducted from that night’s bill. How long the table is held and how the deposit is used are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the Door Policy.
  • Programme times and DJs are announced on the event page. The seller notifies the buyer of any significant change.

5. Buyer’s declarations and obligations

  • The buyer declares that they are 18 or older and that everyone entering with this order will be 18 or older on the event date.
  • At the door every guest shows a valid official photo ID. Persons under 18 are not admitted, even with their parents.
  • The buyer confirms that the details given in the order and in their account are correct.
  • Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
  • The buyer and their guests follow the Door Policy. If entry is refused or a guest is asked to leave because the rules were not followed, no refund is made.

6. Seller’s obligations

  • To provide the service purchased on the date on the ticket at Petro’s address.
  • For a table booking, to reserve the table and deduct the deposit from that night’s bill.
  • To notify the buyer of cancellation, postponement or any significant change to the event and to make refunds under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • Not to turn away a buyer holding a valid ticket because of capacity; if this happens, to refund the price.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure activities (entertainment or recreation) that must be provided on a specific date. The buyer has no right of withdrawal from this contract.

8. Cancellation, postponement and refunds

  • If the seller cancels the event or the event cannot take place, the seller notifies the buyer within 3 days at the latest and refunds the full amount paid to the buyer’s card within 14 days of the notice at the latest.
  • If the event is postponed, the buyer can move their ticket or booking to the new date or ask for a full refund.
  • If the event cannot take place because of a decision by the authorities, a natural disaster or another reason beyond the seller’s control, this also counts as a cancellation and a full refund is made.
  • No refund is made if the buyer does not come, arrives late or cancels of their own accord.

Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9. Personal data

The buyer’s personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Notice.

10. Disputes

For disputes arising from this contract, the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where the buyer lives or where the transaction took place has jurisdiction for claims below the monetary limit set each year by the Ministry of Trade (186,000 TL for 2026); above that limit, the consumer court has jurisdiction, after an application to a mediator as required by law.

11. Entry into force

The buyer declares that they read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and this contract electronically before confirming the order. The contract enters into force when payment is approved. The seller keeps the contract and the buyer’s acceptance record and sends the buyer a copy by e-mail on request.
